6 Tips on How to Clear Up Acne?

Nobody wants acne, but we are not all lucky enough to have perfect skin. We cannot all afford the pricey facials in magazines and videos. This is why I arranged together 6 tips to help clear up your acne from home!

Tip #1

Stop squeezing or popping your pimples, and avoid touching your face repeatedly. The more you press or touch the puss out of your acne, the more sebum your skin will produce. It will take more periods for your pimples and blackheads to clear up because of the inflammation and irritation that can occur.

Tip #2

Wash your face completely (about 60 seconds) at least two times a day. Use facial soaps that do not include oil or soaps that are not acidic.

Tip #3

Don’t forget to moisturize your face after face wash with a sulfur-based soap designed for acne-prone skin. -Washing can rob your skin of natural lipids, so put a moisturizer that fits your skin type (normal, dry, oily, combination, or sensitiveso that your skin will not produce extra oil.

Tip #4

Do research, Don’t buy the first product you see on the shelf. Talk to your doctor, friend, or mom. See what products are available and what each product is meant to do.

Tip #5

Wash your face after sweating. It’s no secret that sweat blocks pores, so keep wipes or a spray when you know you will be sweating.

Tip #6

Use creams that contain benzoyl peroxide as an active component. But remember that even these anti-acne products can cause your skin to dry even though they help heal your acne problem. Hence, it would help if you still used moisturizers.

When nothing works, consult your trusted dermatologist, that will give you advice and medicines on how to clear up acne.

Remember that even though -these tips worked for some, it does not necessarily mean that they might work for you. Whatever solution is best for you, make it a part of your daily routine. No matter what method you choose how to clear up acne, you need to remember that your acne will never be treated overnight.
